A smooth, kid-friendly sauce, delicately seasoned with herbs then strained to create a smooth texture. This is the most basic of all of our sauces, with a fresh & clean tomato flavor. It’s perfect for homemade pizza! Also good on lasagna, baked ziti, eggplant parmesan, or ladled over spaghetti for a delicious Italian meal. Sealed jars are shelf-stable for 2 years and good in the refrigerator, after opening, for about a week. A 15oz jar is good for about one pound of pasta (3-4 people). A 30oz jar for about two pounds (7-8 people).
