Dating back to 1850, six generations have cultivated olives, beans and grains on the Bartolini farm which is situated in the same Umbrian hills that were once inhabited by the ancient Etruscans.  Starting as a small oil mill which used animal-drawn machinery, Bartolini has maintained the highest regard for their unique natural environment as a core value that has guided their farming and production methods through the years.
